Tommy John Undershirts

Sometimes you don't even know you have a need until you stumble on the solution. That about sums up my recent experience with undershirts from Tommy John. When we recently got one to test, I was more than happy with my standard Hanes crew necks. But now, I'm digging through the newest load of clean laundry to wear the Tommy John again. Why? Without being overly dramatic, it's a giant leap forward in undershirt technology. Made here in the US, from soft yet durable micro modal (a fabric derived from beech trees), it's cut to be form fitting, without feeling snug—which comes in handy when wearing slim-fit clothes. Honestly, when you put it on, you forgot you're even wearing an undershirt. The cut is designed to keep everything in place, promising "not to ride up, bunch up, or come untucked." And it hasn't. Not once. We can't say that for any other cotton crew neck. They're not cheap, but if you try one out, we're guessing it won't be your last.
